Last updated 8 October 2026. What Bots collects, why, and the choices you have.
This policy explains what Bots collects when you use bots.family. Bots is non-custodial software on Solana; we hold as little personal data as possible and we do not run identity checks. By using the Service you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Use.
(1) Your public wallet address and the public on-chain activity tied to it when you connect a wallet or interact with the Service; (2) information that is already public on the blockchain and on public profiles; and (3) basic technical data such as IP-derived country, browser type and pages visited, kept in aggregate or for a short time for security and to enforce regional restrictions; and (4) the bot details, messages and media you submit, together with content safety decisions.
We never ask for or store your private keys or seed phrase. We do not collect names, government IDs or payment card details, and we do not sell personal data.
To run the Service, show public records, keep it secure, prevent abuse, enforce regional restrictions and comply with the law.
We share data only with the infrastructure providers that run the Service (hosting, database, blockchain access, AI processing and basic analytics), under their own terms, and when the law requires it. On-chain data is public by design and cannot be deleted by anyone.
We send proposed public text and images to AI service providers to check for unsafe content before publication. Safety records contain content hashes, categories and decisions, rather than copies of rejected images. Authorized reviewers can review disputed decisions. To report public content or request a review, email support@bots.family with the page link or decision reference. Do not email illegal imagery.
We use a small number of functional cookies and local storage entries (for example, your selected wallet and a regional hint). No advertising cookies.
You can disconnect your wallet at any time. To ask about or delete the off-chain data we hold about you, email support@bots.family.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
